Health Insurance:
Health insurance includes a prescription drug plan and a basic vision plan. (Effective first day of employment.)
Dental Insurance:
Dental Insurance is effective the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
Life Insurance:
Company-paid term life insurance is three time’s basic annual earnings to a maximum of $300,000 per employee. (Effective the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.)
Short/Long-Term Disability:
BAI, Inc. offers income protection if a full time employee is unable to work due to illness or injury. STD coverage provides 60% of the employee’s weekly salary, with a $500 maximum weekly benefit. LTD coverage provides 60% of the employee’s monthly earnings, with a maximum monthly benefit of $5,000. See Plan details for specific information. (Effective the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.)
BAI, Inc. provides ten (10) pre-determined government holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Annual Leave:
Each full time employee accrues fifteen (15) days of discretionary leave per year. Discretionary leave is used for vacation, illness, or other personal reasons for absence.
BAI, Inc. provides for up to ten (10) days of leave per year for reserve military service.
BAI, Inc. provides for up to three (3) days for immediate family and one (1) day for extended family.
Savings Plan(401(k)):
BAI, Inc. offers a 401(k) retirement plan for employees. BAI, Inc. contributes 3% of total compensation for each eligible employee known as a Safe Harbor. Employees may also defer up to the IRS limit into their401(k) plan. Employee deferrals and the Safe Harbor portion employer contribution are 100% vested. Employees who defer a portion of their salary will receive an additional company contribution of $1.00 for each $1.00 of salary deferred up to 2% and $0.50 for every $1.00 of the next 4% salary deferred (i.e. if any employee defers 6%, the company will contribute an additional 4%). The BAI, Inc. 401(k) retirements Plan also offers participation in The Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act “Catch-Up” Contribution.
Tuition Reimbursement Program
BAI, Inc. offers reimbursement of up to $1,500 annually for tuition expenses for qualifying grades of C or better. Registration fees associated with registration and specific courses are included as an expense.
Incentive Compensation Programs
BAI, Inc. offers a bonus incentive program, which provides all employees with an opportunity to participate.
    • Employee Referral:
      Any employee who refers an applicant who is later hired, as a BAI, Inc. employee is eligible for a bonus as stated in the company policy.
    • Special Recognition:
      Employees can receive awards based on exemplary performance.
