Security Team Lead

Position:  Security Team Lead

Location: Crystal City, VA • USA (Relocation Assistance Not Available)
 

Duties and Responsibilities:  Responsible for ensuring compliance with the JAFAN 6/0 as well as managing Personnel Security aspects for a large government Program Office.  Individual will also ensure that all applicable databases are updated.  Will lead a team of three and will be interfacing with BAI management, as well as the customer management and security team members in a professional manner.

Neccessary Background: Candidate must have a broad knowledge of access and visitor control, badge control, document control and accountability, Personnel Access Requests (PARs), visit certifications, and JPAS.  Three to seven years experience preferred.

Experience:  BS or BA in a related field or Military experience and training.

Competitive Edge Qualifications:  Currently working with a government-contracting firm.  A current USG TS security clearance a plus.  Outstanding interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Security Clearance:  Must be able to obtain a USG Top Secret security clearance.
