Duties and
Responsibilities:
Looking
for a team player/lead with experience using and managing
the Defense Travel System (DTS). In addition to providing
all aspects of administrative support, must be able to
serve as primary POC on all DTS related issues within a
government office, process documents, analyze and audit
travel reimbursement vouchers, provide travel policy
support, as well as financial monitoring and support.
Knowledge of DTS, the Joint Federal Travel Regulation (JFTR),
transportation regulations, and government travel card
policy, is essential.
Must be well organized and
detail oriented.
Education:
Minimum 1-5 years experience in performing
administrative support tasks. Bachelor’s degree or
equivalent formal training desired. Department of Defense
experience required.
Security
Clearance: Must
be able to obtain a USG security clearance.
Competitive Edge
Qualifications:
Advanced degree and/or coursework, prior
related experience, active security clearance. Military
background. Demonstrated outstanding interpersonal skills,
and excellent oral and written communication skills
through awards and special recognition.
